Service

Swarm Intelligence AI provides AI-assisted decision-support software for mini prediction swarms, one-shot comparison, agent trace summaries, and hosted workspace access. The service is not legal, medical, financial, investment, engineering, or safety advice.

Human responsibility

Outputs may be incomplete, stale, biased, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, validating sources, complying with applicable law, and deciding whether to use any result.

Accounts and acceptable use

You may not use the service to break laws, infringe rights, submit malware, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, reverse engineer restricted components, misuse payment flows, or upload content you lack rights to use.

Plans and billing

Paid plans unlock hosted runs, saved traces, export features, and workspace access according to the plan selected. Annual billing is discounted compared with monthly billing. Pricing, limits, and features may change prospectively.

NOWPayments checkout

NOWPayments provides hosted crypto payment processing. Crypto transactions may be irreversible and may involve network fees, confirmation delays, exchange-rate movement, or provider availability limits. Access may remain pending until payment confirmation is received.

Refunds

Unless required by law, crypto payments and delivered digital service access are generally non-refundable after payment confirmation. If there is a duplicate charge, failed provisioning, or material billing issue, contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days and we will review in good faith.

Intellectual property

The website, software, workflow design, text, visual assets, and reports are owned by Swarm Intelligence AI or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, while granting us the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost profit, lost data, model-output, business, or reliance losses.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, non-payment, security concerns, or violation of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
